• Most orders within Pakistan are delivered within 3–7 business days.

• While we always aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned at checkout.

• Free Shipping above Rs. 2000 pkr

• Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue is caused by us.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan.

• Customers are kindly requested to ensure availability at the provided address to receive their order.

Delivery Attempts

• Courier services usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

• If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Damaged or Missing Packages

• If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video so we can assist you promptly.
